How much does it cost?+
The day-to-day — bookings, checkout, online booking, packages and marketing — is free for teams of up to 2. From 3 staff, A$9 per staff member a month, for every staff member who takes appointments. Pro is A$29 per staff member a month and adds consent forms, client photos, integrations, commissions and deeper reports. Front-desk and back-bar accounts are never counted. SMS and marketing email are billed by what you send, and the customer app is an optional add-on.
Is there a free trial?+
Every account starts on Free, with no credit card. When you want to see Pro, the account owner starts a 7-day trial from inside the app — once per account, still no card. When it ends you go back to Free and nothing is charged.
Do you charge transaction fees?+
In-store checkout has no platform fee. A 1% fee applies only to payments your clients make online — in the customer app, as deposits on your booking page, and for no-show fees charged to a card on file. It comes out of your payout; your clients are always charged and credited the full amount.
Can I use it across multiple locations?+
Yes. Locations have their own hours, timezone and resources, and staff can be assigned across them.
